Below is the process of making a professional video for your needs. Step 1: Pre-Production - The Idea 
The first thing we do is meet and talk with you about your project so we have a complete understanding of your videos purpose. We discuss the best ways to tell your story and the different ways to achieve your needs. Actors are discussed. If needed, casting is available for on screen and voice over to best match your message and audience. We will talk about the production camera options available and the frame size it will be shot on. We mainly use the Canon XF300. Most web videos as of 2014 are high definition full HD 1920 x 1080, 1280 x 720 or even 4K. Multiple formats are available. A final video output is also confirmed for the project with the options of web video formats, DVD,  hard drive transfer or broadcast formatted to their specifications.  A quote is specified for the project based on this information. There is no charge for the first 1 hour pre-production meeting, after the 1 hour there is an hourly charge. During this meeting we can break down costs.

Step 2: Pre-Production - Script Writing
Once you are happy with your direction, we are ready to format your idea into a working video script profiling your core message to your audience. All elements of the video are organized in order from beginning to end. Sign off on the script is required to move on.

Step 3: Pre-Production - Shot List
Once you are happy with your script, we write out a shot list profiling what will visually be seen in your video relating to your script that is formatted from beginning to end. Sign off on the shot list is required.

Step 4: Production
Our team of highly skilled production personnel will shoot your video with professional equipment following your script.

If you have pre-shot your own footage and only need editing, then we move straight to post production. We discuss your video outline and confirm the edited finished product. We give you a quote tailored to the work involved.

Step 5: Post-Production
Your video is edited following your script. Once finished, the edited video is shown to the client for verification. Sign off on the final outputted video is required.

Step 6: Output of finished video
